Welcome to BHS
The Program in Bioethics, Humanities, and Society (BHS) coordinates the study of the medical humanities and social sciences at both the graduate and undergraduate level by offering students a set of courses in MSU's Colleges of Arts and Letters, Social Science, Natural Science, Human Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, and Nursing.
BHS is closely allied with MSU's Center for Ethics and Humanities in the Life Sciences, whose faculty are involved in all phases of our MA program. BHS also offers joint-degree programs with the Colleges of Human Medicine, Osteopathic Medicine, and the MSU College of Law. For more information about BHS, see the main menu choices below.
